Eek! Do you buy books that end up collecting dust because you have no time to read them? That’s me! They either sit around or I barely make it through the first few pages. So I thought I would be brilliant by borrowing a book from the library.
Although “168 Hours: You Have More Time Than You Think” by Laura Vanderkam was published in 2010, I only learned about it last year when a female in-house counsel recommended it during a women’s event. After I checked out the book, it sat on the corner of my desk for weeks. Finally, a couple of days before the return date, I sat down with a cup of Read My Lips tea and opened the book (especially since the online system would not let me renew the book).
